Bring the Library to you!

Sewickley Public Library’s mission to serve as a center for lifelong learning isn’t limited to our library walls! Library staff attend community events, festivals, and open houses, too.
Our staff are friendly and familiar community members, with a passion to promote no-cost library services, technology resources, recreational, and educational programming for all ages!
What We Offer
- Thirty (30) Minute Storytime: Library staff will provide a 30-minute storytime! Stories, songs, rhymes, and fun! Theme may be requested. Books will be chosen at the Librarian’s discretion. A great addition to events for families or children (0-6 years old) and their caregivers. (Early Chilhood, Elementary School Age, and Family Events)
- Informational Table: Library staff will host a table with information about library programming, resources, and card registration. A small activity may be included. (Adult, Senior, and Family Events)
- Summer Reading Promotion: Reading is for everyone! The Summer Reading Program is for ages 0-101. Library staff will promote the Summer Reading Program. Bring the library to your event or organization to promote literacy! A small activity may be included. (Early Childhood, Elementary School Age, Teens, Adults, Seniors, and Family Events)
- Custom Outreach Session: Work with Sewickley Public Library staff to meet your outreach needs.

Request Sewickley Public Library for a visit via our Outreach Request Form.
Sewickley Public Library serves the greater Quaker Valley community.
Outreach requests should be made at least 6 weeks advance. Be as detailed as possible in your responses in the Outreach Request Form so Sewickley Public Library staff can prepare properly.
While we would love to be a part of any event, our capacity is limited and subject to availability.
