Pie Pastry 101 with Jeff Lemley - Sewickley Public Library

Are you panicked by pie pastry? We’ve cooked up a class for those of you who have always avoided volunteering to make the pies at Thanksgiving. Jeff Lemley will lead this class that will build your confidence about making your own pie pastry from scratch. Bring a stainless steel bowl to transport home your own tasty dough sample! There is a $20 fee for this class ($10 for materials, $10 donation to the library.) Ages 7 and up (Ages 7-11, must have Adult present.)
