The Sewickley Public Library invites you to take cruise along the Great Allegheny Passage Trail with author Bill Metzger during his book talk on Tuesday, June 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the library.
Metzger is the author of The Great Allegheny Passage Companion. This rail-trail guidebook covers the 150 mile biking and hiking trail from Cumberland, Maryland to Point State Park in Pittsburgh. In his talk, Metzger will detail the history and heritage of the trail, discussing how the people of Southwestern Pennsylvania lived in days gone by and how they made the Passage the wonderful experience it is today.
